Xeinadin, a professional services company in the UK and Ireland, has acquired Raffingers, a London-based accounting firm.

Financial details of the detail have not been disclosed.

The move marks Xeinadin’s largest acquisition to date, adding 70 new team members to its ranks.

The acquisition is part of the company’s strategic expansion in the small business advisory space, following the additions of Landmark Accountants and CB Reid earlier in 2025.

Raffingers brings to Xeinadin expertise in sectors ranging from recruitment and charity to property and construction.

The firm offers specialist services, including COP8 and COP9 HMRC enquiries, corporate finance, non-residency advice, and Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) advice.

Raffingers partner Lee Manning said: “Joining Xeinadin was a natural next step for us. We’ve always believed in providing a truly personal, partner-led service to every client, no matter their size.

“We recognised immediately the synergies between Xeinadin and Raffingers in the way both firms look after our teams and provide an exceptional service to small to medium-sized enterprises. The acquisition also opens up significant opportunities for our team, from greater professional development and access to a broader range of industries.”

The deal gives Raffingers access to a nationwide network, enhanced branding coverage, and a broader portfolio of services.

Raffingers’ clients will now have access to a digital-first solution, supported by Xeinadin’s partner-led approach, broad service offering, and cloud accounting expertise.

Xeinadin CEO Derry Crowley said: “With a joint focus on helping small businesses to thrive in what continues to be economically challenging times, partnering with Raffingers was a natural fit.

“Their commitment to hands-on, partner-led support aligns perfectly with our ethos of empowering SMEs with expert financial guidance. We look forward to working with Lee and the Raffingers team to build on their already fantastic reputation in the city.”

In October 2024, Xeinadin expanded its presence by acquiring three Haines Watts offices located in Grimsby, Scunthorpe, and Hessle, UK.

This integration brought an additional 23 colleagues into Xeinadin’s team, operating under the existing management structure.

Xeinadin now has a network of more than 2,000 people, offering a range of personalised services that include accounting, audit, tax, advisory, and business services.
