Springline Advisory has entered into a partnership with tax, assurance, and accounting services firm HM&M Advisory in the US, for growth and reach.

The partnership, structured as an alternative practice, will enable HM&M to leverage the resources of larger firms without sacrificing the personalised service its clients value.

HM&M becomes a founding firm of Springline Advisory, gaining a seat on the latter’s Council. This position allows HM&M to play a significant role in steering the firm’s future and contributing to its continuous innovation.

HM&M managing partner Susan Adams said: “This partnership will empower us to provide even more comprehensive and innovative solutions to our clients and more depth of opportunity for our people.”

With HM&M’s expertise, Springline Advisory will extend its presence in critical sectors such as construction, agriculture, mining, oil and gas, and real estate.

Additionally, the partnership will enhance Springline Advisory’s service offerings, incorporating HM&M’s specialised skills in accounting services, tax, business valuation as well as litigation support.

Springline Advisory CEO Tim Brackney said: “This partnership is about increased opportunities for our people, amplifying our collective expertise for our clients, and redefining possibilities in the middle market.

“HM&M’s four decades of professional excellence make them a perfect fit for the firm we’re building. Together, we will continue to deliver exceptional client value and maintain our people-first culture while building the middle market accounting and advisory firm of the future.”

Springline Advisory is actively seeking to invest in mid-market accounting and business advisory firms in the US that are both entrepreneurial and culturally focused.

Koltin Consulting Group CEO Allan Koltin advised the companies on the deal.
