RSM UK, an audit, tax, and consulting firm, has appointed Eoin Gribben as a business transformation director.

Based in Manchester, Gribben will lead the firm’s technology due diligence and advisory services as part of the firm’s national consulting team.

Gribben has experience in technology due diligence and in the management of complex divestment programmes.

His expertise lies in assisting businesses to utilise technology to augment their value and effectively manage risk throughout various stages of a transaction.

In his new position at RSM UK, Gribben will be leading the business transformation team’s technology deal services.

This area encompasses a range of critical services including due diligence, integration and separation support, as well as strategy and value creation.

In addition, he will focus on delivering solutions for risk and cost reduction.
