Audit, tax, and consulting services firm RSM UK has announced the appointment of Alessandra Lupski Raja as a business transformation partner.

This strategic hire aims to bolster the firm’s consulting practice.

In the new role at RSM, Raja will focus on enhancing the firm’s finance consulting services, drawing on the extensive technical expertise within the firm and reinforcing its presence in the public sector.

Her expertise lies in working with finance and commercial functions to establish foundations that support rapid organisational change.

She is said to be adept at setting up governance structures and utilising data and systems to optimise information flow, reshaping back-office operations to support critical services efficiently.

Prior to joining RSM, Raja was part of PA Consulting, where she led a team focusing on end-to-end finance consulting for complex public sector initiatives.

She also has a background in accounting, having qualified with PwC and worked in external audit and risk assurance.
