RSM, a leading global assurance, tax and consulting services provider to middle market businesses, has announced an operational merger of six member firms to form RSM Central America.
Operating as a shared services hub, RSM member firms in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama will combine to build upon their provision of assurance, tax and consulting services to a growing market.
As a dynamic and evolving region, RSM is supported by hundreds of talented professionals delivering support to clients in Central America under a common purpose. The move builds on RSM’s strong growth trajectory, through the organisation having recorded a third successive year of Central American growth with combined revenues of US$9.1m in 2023.
A solid platform for RSM’s growth in Central America additionally comes amid a 20% rise in the organisation’s consulting revenues in 2023, and revenue growth of 32% across all services since 2020.
With economic integration proving key to Central America’s trade dynamism, the region’s rich tourism, coffee, sugar, clothing and petroleum sectors provide potential for RSM to support clients achieve strong and sustainable growth.
