PKF O’Connor Davies, a US-based accounting, tax and advisory practice, has appointed Heyam Janell as Partner.

Janell, who has nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting, will be based in the company’s Providence, Rhode Island office.

She will support the complete tax requirements of HNWIs and families.

Janell said: “I am thrilled to launch the next chapter of my career with PKF O’Connor Davies and apply my decades of tax expertise to the organisation’s work with high-net-worth individuals and their families.”

Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Janell was a tax partner at a national accounting practice. In this role, she provided a wide array of consulting, planning and compliance services tailored to HNWIs and their trusts.

Janell’s background in tax operations included responsibilities for streamlining, standardising and automating processes, resulting in improved efficiencies and optimised workflows.
