Nexia International has added a new member firm, Fathalla & Co., in Egypt
Based in Cairo and Alexandria, Fathalla & Co., has four partners and 57 members of staff. The firm provides a wide range of services including integrated reporting, assurance, IFRS, corporate and business tax, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, international tax, legal services, outsourcing, risk advisory, transactional advisory, feasibility studies, VAT refund, accounting and bookkeeping services, company formation, payroll and HR administration services.
The firm serves a broad range of sectors and industries, particularly focusing on the financial institution sector for banks and insurance companies.
