Mazars has merged with Singapore based advisory firm TransFingo.
TransFingo was formed in 2003 and focuses on business process outsourcing and business process risk consulting for multinationals, listed and non-listed clients.
With this merger, Mazars in Singapore will now offer governance, risk and internal control (GRIC) services to its clients. The new GRIC services will be headed by incoming directors Mak Chung Yee and Allan Wong.
Mazars in Singapore managing partner Denis Usher said that the merger was part of the firm’s growth strategy, with the objective to enhance and extend Mazars service capabilities in Singapore and in the region.
