Blue Line Consulting works as a national network of 40 member firms across Italy, while the 15 international members based in Asia and Central and Eastern Europe are linked to the organisation in an association structure.
Blue Line Consulting now looks to further integrate its core membership in Italy with the merger of seven member firms, International Accounting Bulletin has learnt.
Once the merger of these seven members successfully completed another five firms will be invited to merge into the firm, and so forth. In parallel the network will continue to recruit new members in Italy and internationally.
In financial year 2014, Blue Line Consulting reported total fee income of €7.2m ($8.2m) in accountancy services. Making it one of the 20 largest accounting networks in Italy. This figure does not include legal services which is the network’s highest source of revenue.
