AGN International has added Chinese firm Union Power CPAs to its association.
Union Power CPAs is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and offers services such as audit, restructuring, M&A and advisory service.
The firm comprises of 18 partners and 1,022 staff spread over nine offices in Beijing and other Chinese cities.
“The addition of this firm has substantially increased the ability to provide professional services to clients of AGN member firms worldwide”, said AGN International chief executive Nicholas Blake.
