MSI Global Alliance, an international association of independent legal and accounting companies, has expanded its network with the addition of Octopus International Business Services in Gibraltar.
Octopus, a corporate service provider founded more than two decades ago, assists clients with corporate structuring.
It offers accounting, payroll, and tax support services, positioning itself as a comprehensive service provider in company formation and administration.
Octopus collaborates with local law firms and international partners to ensure clients’ specific needs are met with a focus on providing tailored guidance.

The firm, established in 1992 and operating from Phoenix, Arizona, delivers a wide array of legal services including commercial litigation, corporate law, employment law, real estate, and healthcare.
In addition, September 2024 saw the inclusion of Anjarwalla Collins & Haidermota Legal Consultants (AC&H) into MSI’s fold.
The Dubai-based law firm enhances MSI’s representation in the UAE, offering extensive legal services in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business setup, employment, immigration, and dispute resolution among others.
