EisnerAmper, a business advisory firm, has announced the integration of the accounting practice team from Prague & Company.

The integration is anticipated to be completed by spring 2025.

Prague & Company, established in 1988 and situated in the Boston metropolitan area, is composed of a 15-member team offering services including accounting, tax, and fund administration, catering to individuals, partnerships, and corporations globally.

It focusses on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and alternative investment entities in sectors such as real estate, timber, private equity, and venture capital.

Prague & Company founder Andrew Prague said: “In evaluating the next steps and how to offer even more, combining with EisnerAmper provides the perfect solution. We’re excited about what this means for our clients and our team.”

However, the law firm Prague & Peters is not included in this combination and will continue to operate independently.

EisnerAmper Industries and Markets vice chair Jay Weinstein said: “With each client, Prague & Company works to understand the intricacies and nuances of each situation and then provides tailored guidance.

“As we look to the future, the team at Prague & Company will enhance our Boston presence while deepening our expertise in trusts, estates, foundations, nonprofit organisations, and closely held businesses. We warmly welcome them to the EisnerAmper family.”

This development follows EisnerAmper’s recent expansion with the addition of EisnerAmper Luxembourg to the EisnerAmper Global network.

EisnerAmper comprises EisnerAmper LLP, a licensed independent CPA firm delivering client attest services, and the Eisner Advisory Group, an alternative practice structure.

Eisner Advisory Group provides business advisory and non-attest services, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and codes of conduct.

Together, the combined entities have approximately 450 partners and 4,500 employees.
