CLA Global, a global organisation comprised of independent accounting and advisory firms, has announced that Baker Tilly India Business Advisory and Consulting Services has become a member firm of CLA Global. The firm will transition to the CLA Global name and brand identity to become CLA Global Indus Value Consulting with immediate effect.
With its main office in Mumbai, CLA Global Indus Value Consulting has four offices across the country, over 300 staff members, and 25 partner-level individuals.
CLA Global Indus Value Consulting is a full-service advisory, consulting and accounting firm. Its services include governance, risk, cybersecurity, forensics, dispute advisory, automation and outsourcing, digital, analytics, technology and ERP, corporate finance, tax compliance and advisory across a number of industries such as banking and finance, pharmaceutical and life sciences, telecommunications, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology and the government and public sector.
