US-based business advisory firm Springline Advisory has partnered with compatriot Fiske Advisory, an accounting, tax, and business advisory services provider.
This collaboration will allow Fiske to tap the resources and broader network of a larger firm while retaining its tailored client service built over 50 years.
Fiske joins as a founding firm of Springline Advisory. This role enables Fiske to help shape the firm’s direction and drive ongoing innovation.
Springline Advisory CEO Tim Brackney said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Fiske as a Springline founding firm. Their sterling reputation for providing exceptional advisory services, employee-centric culture, and entrepreneurial spirit complement our shared vision for growth.
“This combination underscores our dedication to forging strategic partnerships that strengthen the capabilities of traditional accounting firms, allowing us to offer a broader range of services that meet the business demands of today’s dynamic middle market.”
The partnership is expected to enhance Springline’s service portfolio with Fiske’s expertise in forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation.
Fiske Advisory’s managing partner Sheri Fiske Schultz called the partnership a “natural fit”, highlighting its strategic alignment.
Schultz said: “Their commitment to delivering exceptional client service and their strong cultural alignment with our values of professionalism, integrity and personalised attention make this partnership a powerful opportunity. Together, we’re excited to provide even greater value to our clients, increase professional development opportunities for our teams, and to build on our legacy of excellence.”
The deal was facilitated by Thomson Consulting and follows Springline’s acquisitions of accounting firms HM&M Advisory and Clark, Raymond & Company in the US.
