The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and DFK International have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to co-operate on joint events, information sharing and providing access to initiatives and services to attract finance and accounting talent.
ACCA chief executive Helen Brand said: “As the global body for professional accountants, ACCA is committed to finding innovative approaches to open up the profession and promote global standards. By partnering with DFK, our respective memberships can benefit from being part of a truly global network with local expertise.”
DFK International executive director Martin Sharp commented: “This partnership enables our international membership to benefit from the latest global insights into professional and ethical standards. Together this will bolster the profession’s ability to attract and develop the accounting talent the world needs.”
This follows a MoU signed by ACCA and Morison KSi in January last year which was agreed upon to enable cross-regional business development.
