The firm comprises of two Partners Paul Taylor and Allison Walker. The firm is entirely focused on serving the owner managed business and its shareholders with a comprehensive range of tax advisory services.

F. W Smith, Riches & Co. – London, UK
The firm is located in Whitehall, London, SW1 – a highly regarded address in the City of Westminster.  The firm comprises of 4 Partners and a total of 20 staff. General service lines include audit & accountancy, corporate & private client tax and corporate finance with specialisms in IFRS, US GAAP, inward investors and regulatory reporting.

Roberts Nathan – Dublin and Cork, Ireland
A 6-Partner firm with 40 employees across the two locations, Roberts Nathan offers a broad range of accountancy services that includes Corporate and Business Advisory for the owner managed business, International Services for foreign-based companies and individuals seeking new opportunities in Ireland, Compliance & Taxation Services, Outsourcing & Management Support and Payroll.
