F.H. Al-Salman & Co was founded 15 years ago as the first audit firm to be incorporated in Iraq, with a registration number as one in the Certified Auditors of Iraq Bulletin. The firm provides auditing, tax, accounting and advisory services to privately owned organisations, public companies, parastatals and non-profit organisations.
The firm seeks to help its clients unleash their potential and reach their goals by being the preferred provider of legal and statutory audits, assurance, special purpose audits, internal audits, IFRS, Forensic accounting, and regulatory services. It shares values of honesty, accountability, competency and drive.
All the equity partners are Iraqi certified public accountants, with vast experiences in providing audit and tax services to local and multinational companies. Mr Al-Salman is a UK graduate, and served his apprenticeship with Arthur Young McClelland Moores & Co, in Birmingham from 1970 – 1975. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK. With 26 professional staff members, led by three partners, the firm offer high-level services in Arabic and English.

Engelwood Global Services is an independent firm for tax, corporate & alternative investment funds advisory services with more than 20 years' expertise in Luxembourg. They are comprised of specialists from the alternative investment fund and corporate & tax industry.
Client segments include private equity, venture capital, corporate & institutional, real estate, infrastructure, HNWI & family offices, and debt & securitisation.
Services offered by the firm include tax structuring and corporate implementation, incorporation & corporate services (domiciliation, accounting, and tax compliance), financial engineering & corporate finance, and governance. Their team deals with complex and common investment policies in the alternative investment fund industry, diversified private client requirements, and a new financing sources environment. Their mission is built up around the "One Stop Shop" concept: a global player staying client focused from the inside out, providing tailored solutions with high levels of expertise.
