Baker Tilly International member firm in Canada, Collins Barrow Toronto, has merged with actuarial accountants firm Dion Durrell.

Collins Barrow Toronto managing partner Harry Blum said with the merger the firm becomes "a full-services financial services organisation".

In previous mergers Collins Barrow Toronto added restructuring and recovery practices and reinforced its valuation and litigation support practice.
