Norwegian software company Visma has invested in Bizzcontrol, a Belgian developer of advisory software for accountants. 

Financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. 

Bizzcontrol will continue to operate independently within the Visma family, while benefiting from Visma’s scale and expertise. 

Its platform is designed to help accountants and entrepreneurs in Belgium easily analyse financial data, identify trends, and simulate future scenarios.  

The Ghent-based business simplifies complex figures into actionable insights, aiding better decision-making.  

Bizzcontrol will retain its team, name, and culture, while leveraging Visma’s resources for innovation.
