Antea, an alliance of independent accounting firms, has appointed three new members to its board of directors, increasing the total number of directors to eight.
This expansion was officially approved during Antea’s annual general meeting in London, the UK.
CCPS Malta founder and managing partner Clive Caruana is one of the new appointees.
With more than 15 years of expertise in business solutions, particularly in taxation, VAT, and corporate services, Caruana is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
He has understanding of Malta’s regulatory framework and a track record in fostering cross-border collaboration.
GeALex Milan managing partner Davide Guardamagna also joins the Board.

Salerno is recognised for his ability to lead projects and integrate multidisciplinary teams. He is expected to contribute to Antea’s growth in Latin America and its broader global reach.
