International accounting association MGI Worldwide has appointed Maxine Brock as its new CEO.  

After serving as interim CEO, Brock becomes the fifth CEO in the organisation’s history and the first female to hold this position.  

She has been with MGI Worldwide for nearly 12 years. 

Brock will work closely with the executive committee, international committee, regional directors, and the central team to help ensure the organisation continues to function effectively

In September 2024, MGI Worldwide expanded its network by adding De Chazal & Associates. 

De Chazal & Associates, based in Cybercity near the Mauritian capital of Ebene, offers a range of financial services supported by a team of 50 employees. 

MGI Worldwide currently comprises independent audit, accounting, tax, legal, and consulting firms.  

It sets up subsidiaries abroad to manage international tax, from family office services to complex cross-border audits. 

The organisation is divided into eight geographic regions: Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and North Africa, North America, and UK and Ireland.  

Each region has its own management and activities aimed at fostering growth and collaboration.
