US-based accounting firm Crowe has launched its human capital consulting practice, a new service aimed at assisting businesses with the management of their workforce throughout the entire employee life cycle.
The move comes in response to the growing need for specialised human capital services that can help organisations navigate the ever-evolving challenges of talent management.
The new practice offers customised solutions that address various aspects of human resources, from policy development to compliance with regulatory requirements, and more.
The new venture is led by Joy Duce, a seasoned industry expert with more than two decades of experience in helping organisations achieve their business objectives through talent management.
In the new role, she is responsible for managing the delivery of a range of consulting services across talent management and outsourcing.
Duce will also help businesses meet their strategic goals and manage compliance requirements.
