Praxity unites independent professional audit, tax, and advisory services firms to benefit them and their clients by extending their global reach and expertise. Members commit to client service excellence, signing a charter that commits their firm to a collaborative approach within the Alliance, with strong communication and outstanding service, together with mutually beneficial relationships.

Praxity matches global capabilities to expertise and its member firms represent every region and every major economy in the world. Connected through the Praxity Alliance, firms can collaborate seamlessly across borders, ensuring that their clients are given exceptional service, whatever their needs internationally. Member firms can provide clients access to quality auditing, tax, and accountancy advice, with a focus on high quality customer service, and can trust fellow members to do the same.

Praxity creates agility and flexibility when supporting its members, ensuring that they can follow compliant routes through any jurisdiction. Having a network of experts on hand strengthens member firms, giving them easy access to teams with additional expertise, when required. Whether through client referrals or through collaborative work, member firms’ clients can be reassured that even the most complex project can be expertly handled.

Alliance membership is very select, with emphasis on exceptional quality, ensuring that members’ directions align with the high standards of the alliance. Members are connected through Praxity for collaborative and cross-border work, with multi-firm representation in several markets. Firms in more than 120 countries can work collaboratively while retaining full autonomy over their business, allowing independent firms to compete with global brands. Using the technical expertise from other firms, members can enhance their offerings to ensure that clients always have access to the support and knowledge that they need.  The alliance means that member’s clients will have a range of choice and a guarantee of quality while member firms can choose the best partner that matches their clients’ needs.

Each member of the Praxity Alliance retains their operational independence; their decisions and achievements remain entirely their own. Every region has Praxity representation, and all members adhere to strict standards.

Conferences and working groups

As part of a programme of international events and conferences, Praxity leaders meet regularly across the world. With contributions from firm leaders, technical experts, and inspiring guest speakers, Praxity conferences are an important part of what the Alliance offers its members. Delegates are given the chance to continue their professional education and explore areas that are key to both the industry and their business aims. The conference programmes also feature informal activities to facilitate networking and ensure that the agenda achieves its full value for members. Leaders at member firms also get to know each other personally, with every networking opportunity serving to strengthen professional relationships.

Praxity also offers the chance for experts at member firms to participate in working groups, guiding best practice and leveraging collective knowledge and experience. Each area of technical expertise has its own working group, with rotating chairs and vice-chairs. These groups meet online and in person at the Praxity conferences, helping to guide collective action and contributing to mutual success.

Growth and business development

Praxity member firms see continuous growth year on year in every region of the world and in every service line. Members have demonstrated leadership in business growth, ESG, diversity, equity and inclusion, anti-money laundering, tax technology and artificial intelligence (AI) guidance, ethical business practices, business relations with indigenous peoples, action on modern slavery, and BCorp certification. Alliance leaders are recognised industry-wide for their innovations and expertise, often setting standards that are used nationally and throughout the world.

Financial resources and training

Through its own executive office, Praxity provides training resources for member firms, as well as firm directories, online portals for mergers and acquisitions and work secondments, and in-depth territory-specific tax guides for countries represented within the Alliance. Praxity also publishes HUB, a quarterly industry magazine, as well as Thought Leadership pieces, news items, and articles. Praxity’s social media channels provide a reference point and news resource for the Alliance, keeping members informed about firm news, initiatives, and changes in the industry, as well as promoting member firms’ brand profiles. The office also handles all organisation and administration for Praxity conferences, in addition to Alliance marketing and internal communications from the executive board, who are elected from member firms.

Alliance-wide, third-party verified CX scores certify member firms’ outstanding service, demonstrating their commitment to their clients, making it the first alliance to do so. All members commit to a Praxity Charter that represents the Alliance’s main aims of collaboration, communication, and client delivery excellence. All firms are accountable to each other and treat each other’s clients as their own.
