Accountancy firm TC Group has announced its merger with Brooks & Partners, a Lincolnshire-based accountancy practice.

The new entity, named TC Brooks & Partners, marks another strategic move in TC Group’s ongoing mergers and acquisitions strategy.

The partnership is expected to enhance the firm’s accountancy and taxation solutions across the UK.

Brooks & Partners, now part of the TC Group network, brings expertise in various tax domains and business sectors.

Their Stamford team offers comprehensive accountancy services to a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large corporate organisations.

The move is expected to strengthen the combined entity’s presence in Lincolnshire and beyond.
