Kelly Partners Group has announced a significant partnership with Kudos International, a network of more than 55 accounting firms across 48 countries.
The deal involves a 50.1% acquisition by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kelly Partners. Alun Morgan, co-founder and CEO of Kudos International, will own the remaining 49.9%, stake under a ten-year commitment period.
Alistair Bryant MBE, formerly of BKR International, who joined Kelly+Partners in February 2024 will bolster the firm’s growth ambitions.
Kudos International is part of the Forum of Firms, an association of international networks of accounting firms that undertake transnational audits.
While the network’s impact on Kelly Partners is not material, it marks a strategic move towards establishing a global presence, Kelly said.
Morgan said: “Kudos International is a network focused on the future which has expanded its footprint significantly over the recent years. I am delighted to enter into this partnership with Kelly+Partners which we have planned over a number of months.
