We are delighted to announce that we have appointed Ram Chakravarthy as our new Audit Technology Manager.
Ram will support Nexia International members’ transition in adopting new audit tools and will be working with member firms and suppliers in developing such tools. Ram will also contribute and provide support to members of the Global Office in meeting Nexia’s strategic plan.
Ram has previously worked in data science and as an audit senior manager with over a decade of experience in the top 10 accounting and IT consulting practices. He has previously setup and led the analytics and data science practice at PKF Littlejohn. He has excellent technical expertise in leading audit tools such as Python, Tableau, IDEA and SQL, and is also a trained software engineer.
Ram has strong experience in the financial services, equity markets and manufacturing sectors, having managed a portfolio of FTSE, AIM listed and private limited audits and advisory engagements. He has a solid track record of people management and motivating teams to drive performance. His unique offering is his accounting experience and commercial knowledge, coupled with his programming and data science experience. Ram is passionate about bringing these two worlds together to add value.
