RSM International has added Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon to its network, effective 3 May 2016, and is expected to re-enter the top 10 in Ireland.

The network had lost its former member firm, RSM Farrell Grant Sparks, to Grant Thornton last summer and was left without Irish representation since then.

Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon is headquartered in Dublin and counts 12 partners and 120 staff. The firm will be taking on 20 people this year and plans to expand its workforce by 50% over the next five years, according to RSM International. In FY14 it reported total fee income of €15.6m ($17.7m) and was the ninth largest firm in Ireland.

The firm provides assurance and audit, tax, corporate restructuring, risk advisory, transaction support and outsourced accounting and compliance services and has substantial experience in both the public and private sectors.
