KSB INTAX Treuhand GmbH has joined association, PrimeGlobal's Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Region.

KSB INTAX began operating in 1952 as an audit and tax consultancy company. Managing partner, Til Ammermann, an auditor and tax consultant explained that the firms services are geared towards the finance law and tax fields. They work with a team of attorneys, auditors and tax advisors and the firm offers multi-disciplinary counselling such as assisting in company transactions, finding company-succession solutions and company restructurings.

PrimeGlobal and the EMEA chief regional officer, Thierry Delvaux, are very pleased to welcome KSB INTAX on board.

Accounting firm FIDBELL has joined PrimeGlobal's Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Region.

FIDBELL is a Tunis-based provider of accounting services in the Tunisian and French markets, founded in 1997, by its managing partner, Yadh Bellagha.  

Bellagha is registered as a CPA, both in Tunisia and France, and speaks Arabic, French, English and Italian to best serve FIDBELL’s  international clients.
