Nexia International (Nexia), the ninth largest global network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has added new member firm Lundin Revision to Nexia Sweden.
With its main office in Gothenberg, Lundin Revision has two partners and 13 members of staff.
The firm provides auditing, accounting, VAT handling, payroll services, business advisory, setting up of companies and company structures, due dilligence, acquisition analysis and a full suite of administration and accounting services for different entities registered in Sweden.
Lundin Revision serves many clients within the construction and real estate sector, for both residential and commercial real estate properties. It provides administrative and accounting services for subsidiaries and other entities registered in Sweden within foreign groups, who have foreign or local management. The firm also has a good level of knowledge in providing services and advice to SMEs, owner-managed commpanies, and those with an external/ employed management.
Owner Henrik Lundin said: "We were searching for an international network, which would enable us to cooperate with our current clients and receive new business clients in Sweden that required local assistance which we could provide. We wanted to benefit from being able to direct our own clients with international needs to other high quality firms within the network, who are in the same line of business as our firm.
